Wallpapers To Go offers flat rate $11.99 ground shipping service on most orders shipped within the Continental USA, except commercial wallpaper and over sized murals. Most orders shipping regular ground are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and are received within 5-7 business days of processing. Sample orders are sent regular mail and can take from 7-10 business days to be received. Due to covid-19 some of our suppliers are experiencing up to a week to process and ship orders.
Our offices are open Monday through Saturday; orders may also be placed online 24 hours a day or with our customer service representatives during regular business hours. The online order processing department is open Monday through Friday, so if your order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day of the following week. For purposes of shipping, business days are considered Monday through Friday.
You may also choose to upgrade your shipping options to next day and 2nd day air. These orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. The Next Day and 2nd Day Air charges displayed on our site do not apply for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Next Day Air: Your order will be delivered in one business day from the date it ships out provided stock is good. For example, if you place your expedited order on a Monday, it would ship out on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday; if you place this same order on a weekend, it would ship out the next business day and arrive the following day; i.e. the current date + 2 business days).
2nd Day Air: These orders will be delivered within 2 business days after the order ships (i.e.: the current date + 3 business days) provided stock is good.
Shipping to Puerto Rico: For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method you selected once the product is received in our distribution center, which may take 7-14 days.
In cases such where weather conditions beyond our control delay the delivery of an expedited order that has shipped, we are unable to refund for the expedited shipping charges.
There is a shipping charge added to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii; however, If shipping charges are not automatically added to your order, you will be notified by Email of the shipping charge before we process your order. You will then need to approve the charge via Email before we process your order.
Cancellation: Most orders are processed electronically in a timely fashion, so should you wish to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. Even then, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed but we will make every effort do to so.
If your order is shipped outside the Continental USA, shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process while placing your order. Also, it is understood that any duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be assessed will be your responsibility and you are liable for all charges in connection with your order. Once an order has shipped, it is not cancellable or returnable.
