Schumacher 174611 Malay Damask Print Candlelight Fabric

This soft damask design is printed by hand screen on a natural tussah silk ground, that is first dyed in soft neutral shades. The variations in the raw silk yarns add a beautiful striation of natural color through this allover print. Its lustrous surface, quiet colorations and soft drape make this a wonderful option for curtains and decorative applications. Chinon Silk Weave, page 31, is available as the coordinating plain silk ground for this design.
